The normal processing time for Indian visas at the consulate is around 5 working days for Finnish and Estonian citizens. In emergency cases, visas for Finnish and Estonian citizens can be issued with fast-track processing for an additional fee within 2 working days.

The application must be accompanied by a letter in English explaining the reasons for the fast-track procedure. The visa will be issued on a discretionary basis on the basis of the justification. No fast-track processing is available for nationals of other countries. We will mail your passport and completed visa back to you by express mail.

The information in the application must be identical to the information in your passport. The “a” and “o” are spelled with a and “o” and the names are not hyphenated.

When applying for a visa, you must provide Traveller Ltd with:

• A printout with a colour photograph (5 cm x 5 cm) of the completed online application. The photograph must be glued to the application, not stapled. The application must be signed twice, under the photo on the first page and at the bottom of the second page.
• A valid passport intact with at least one blank space. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip.

Your visa will only be processed once we have received all the necessary documents.

Visa types

Choose the right type of visa and submit all the necessary attachments to Traveller. We will charge €5 per application to correct an incomplete application. Traveller Ltd is not responsible for consular decisions or price changes.

NOTE!

Indian visas are always granted on a discretionary and case-by-case basis, based on the application and supporting documents. The visa fee will not be refunded to the applicant after a refusal decision. The passport remains with the embassy for the entire processing.

The visa is affixed to the page of your passport. The visa is valid as soon as it is issued. It is therefore not possible to apply for a visa for a specific period.

When you mail in your application, you should also send us an envelope stating the postal address to which you want your passport returned. You can mail or bring the documents needed for your visa application to us. Please note that registered letters can take up to two weeks to arrive within Finland, which is why we prefer the express mail service.
