The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue, so there is no need to know the exact date of entry. The right of residence starts from the moment you cross the border.
You can choose your preferred consular processing time: 7 or 2 days. The processing time is calculated from the date of receipt of the application.
When applying for a transit visa, please enter“Transit” in box 15 of the visa application. For a transit visato be issued, we need a copy of the train ticket. In addition, both Chinese and Russian visas must be in your passport before a Mongolian visa can be issued.
When applying for a Mongolian visa, you must provide Traveller Ltd with:
- Original valid passport with one free space for visa and valid for six (6) months after the end of the trip
- Colour passport photo ……………………………….
- A fully completed, dated and signed visa application form
Your visa will only be processed once we have received all the necessary documents.
Visa types
Choose the right type of visa and submit all the necessary attachments to Traveller. We will charge €5 per application to correct an incomplete application. Traveller Ltd is not responsible for consular decisions or price changes.
NOTE!
Mongolian visas are always issued on a discretionary and case-by-case basis, based on the application and supporting documents. The visa fee will not be refunded to the applicant after a refusal decision. The passport remains at the embassy for the entire processing.
The visa is affixed to the page of your passport. The visa is valid as soon as it is issued. It is therefore not possible to apply for a visa for a specific period.
When you mail in your application, you should also send us an envelope stating the postal address to which you would like your passport returned. You can mail or bring the documents needed for your visa application to us. Please note that registered letters can take up to two weeks to arrive within Finland, which is why we prefer the express mail service.
