Travelers with STV visa will be permitted to stay in Thailand for 90 days from the date you arrive Thailand. This permit may be extended while the visitor is in Thailand for a maximum of 2 times (twice only) with a maximum validity of 90 days for each extension. Validity of visa is 90 days.
The necessary documents:
1. Valid passport: your passport must be valid for at least 12 months from the date you travel to Thailand. Attach one copy of your passport.
2. One completed visa application form.
3. One passport photo taken less than 6 months ago.
4. Original medical certificate. The medical certificate must have been issued less than three months ago.
5. Original criminal record certificate from the authorities of the country where you are permanently staying and one copy. 6. One copy of the health insurance certificate stating the following conditions:
6.1 The insurance is valid for at least 90 days from your arrival in Thailand or for the entire period of your stay in Thailand
6.2 The insurance covers the cost of medical treatment for an outpatient in Thailand for a minimum of 40 000 Baht
6.3 The insurance covers the cost of medical treatment for a hospital patient in Thailand up to a minimum of 400,000 Baht
6.4 The insurance covers all medical treatment costs due to coronavirus up to a minimum of 100,000 USD.

7. Booking accommodation

7.1 If the applicant or a member of his/her family owns a dwelling, the application must be accompanied by:

7.1.1 One copy of the documents showing that the applicant or a member of his/her family owns the property

7.1.2 a family member owns the home: An original English-language extract from the Population Information System (official certificate) issued by the Local Register Office showing the family relationship in Finland/Russia and Two copies of documents showing that the family member owns the property.
OR
7.2 If the applicant is staying in a hotel or rented accommodation/house, the following must be submitted:
One copy of the booking confirmation received directly from the hotel. The reservation must be for a minimum of 75 days or for the entire stay in Thailand ** after 14 days quarantine **, the reservation must include the name, address, contact details and the hotel’s tax identification number (this is used to verify that the hotel is operating legally in Thailand and paying tax).
AND A statement of account in English showing your transactions for 6 months. The statement must include the owner’s name, account number and a balance of at least €6000/person and must be no more than 30 days old.
8. The consular officer has the right to request additional documents for the visa application. The officer will not accept pending applications. The consular officer has the right to refuse a visa application without giving reasons.
