ADDITIONAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Due to the special nature of our trips (e.g. conditions in the destination countries and use of scheduled flights), we apply the following additional and special conditions in addition to the General Package Conditions (GTC):

Payments

A travel contract is concluded when the traveller, after booking the trip, pays the advance and reservation fee to Traveller Oy within seven (7) days. The advance payment and booking fee is between €550 and €750. Any difference in the advance payment and booking fee will be notified at the time of booking. The final payment is due at least 45 days before the start of the trip. If the booking is made less than 45 days before the start of the trip, full payment is due at the time of booking. Exceptional payment schedules are possible where the service provider’s payment conditions are stricter than those mentioned above. In the event of non-payment, the organiser has the right to cancel the contract. Payment can be made online, by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diner’s Club). In accordance with the Payment Services Act, we charge the credit card company’s credit commission on credit card payments, except for Visa and Master Card payments. The commission will be charged at the time of payment for the amount paid by card.
In some Asian countries, airport taxes are still paid in cash at the airport. These charges are not included in the price of the trip.
A Traveller Ltd service fee of €50 per booking is added to the price of the trip.

Passenger liability

When booking a trip, passengers must provide their name and passport details exactly as they appear on the passport they will be using. We will charge a change fee of €100 per person for tickets and travel documents that need to be rewritten, as well as any charges levied by the service provider. If the carrier’s rules do not allow the name to be changed, the full price of the ticket will be charged. Tickets that have already been written down cannot be sold or given to another person. The traveller must immediately check the travel documents and tickets received and report any errors or omissions to Traveller Ltd.
We do not refund unused services or tickets. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check the validity and condition of their passport. The passport must be valid for 6 months after travel. The passport must also have enough blank pages left for visas related to the trip. If the passenger does not have Finnish nationality, this must be stated when booking the trip, as it may affect the visa regulations and visa fees. Traveller Ltd is not liable for any damage caused to the traveller if his/her trip is prevented due to incomplete travel documents, a broken passport or a visa refusal. Traveller Ltd is also not liable for any incomplete travel documents, e.g. passport and visa, or for any vaccinations that the passenger may have obtained.
